Developed by Imolimit, the four-storey above ground building is designed by architect Rogério Cavaca, and consists of five 4 bedrooms, five 3 bedrooms, all duplexes, and one 1 bedroom.
Being now in the last phase of marketing – in charge of the German consulting company Engel & Völkers, in association with Predibisa Real Estate – the building Panorâmico Poente “presents 50% of fractions sold”, and “the average price is below 4,500 euros per square meter (m2)”, according to data provided by Margarida Oliveira, communications director of the real estate company. That is, the T1, with an area of 64 m2, presents a price of 275 thousand euros, while the T4 duplex, with an area of 230 m2, reaches 1,175 thousand euros.
