The building stands at the top of the escarpment, 50 m from the river bank, providing 180º views over the Douro River and the Foz. It consists of six floors above ground and two floors for garage and storage. On the ground floor there are 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, with excellent areas and terraces, as well as the health club with gym, sauna and Turkish bath. From floor 1 to floor 4, there are typologies T2 and T3, and on the floor the 5 the T4 with balconies to experience the outside and have a private viewpoint as far as the eye can see. The finishing choices fell on a minimalist and contemporary architectural look, without neglecting the long-term function.
